Commercial Finance for Established UK Businesses
T2E Finance helps privately owned UK businesses explore a wider range of commercial funding options for growth, working capital, equipment, acquisitions and property.
Even where a business is happy with its existing bank or lender, there can be value in seeing whether the wider market offers additional capacity, greater flexibility or better overall terms.
Speak with T2E FinanceA focused approach to commercial funding
T2E Finance works with established UK SMEs that may require additional capital to grow, invest, acquire, refinance or manage working-capital requirements.
Our role is to understand the broad funding need and, where appropriate, introduce the business to experienced commercial-finance partners who can explore relevant options across the wider lender market.
We believe businesses should not automatically assume that their existing bank is the only available option.
Who we work with
We work primarily with established, privately owned UK SMEs across industrial, commercial and business-service sectors.
We are particularly interested in businesses with a clear funding requirement linked to growth, investment, acquisitions, property or temporary working-capital needs.
Funding needs we can help explore
Growth and working capital
Funding for expansion, larger contracts, inventory, staffing and temporary cash-flow needs.
Asset and equipment finance
Funding for machinery, vehicles, production equipment and other business assets.
Invoice and receivables finance
Facilities that may release cash tied up in unpaid customer invoices.
Acquisition finance
Funding to support the purchase of another business.
Commercial property finance
Funding for the purchase, refinance or development of commercial property.
Refinancing
Exploring alternative funding structures where an existing facility may no longer provide enough capacity or flexibility.
The most appropriate structure depends on the individual business, its financial position and the purpose of the funding. T2E Finance does not itself make lending decisions.
Why explore the wider market?
- An existing lender may not be able to provide the full amount required, particularly for larger or more complex transactions.
- Another lender may have greater appetite for a particular sector or transaction type.
- Specialist lenders may have deeper experience in equipment finance, receivables, acquisitions or commercial property.
- Different funding structures may preserve more working capital or provide greater operational flexibility.
- Comparing the wider market can be a useful exercise even where the current banking relationship is strong.
The purpose is not to replace a good existing banking relationship unnecessarily. It is to understand whether additional or more suitable options exist.
How T2E Finance works
Initial discussion
We speak with the business owner, Managing Director or finance decision-maker to understand the broad funding requirement.
Understand the need
We establish the approximate amount, purpose, timing and any existing lender discussions.
Introduction
Where appropriate, we introduce the business to an experienced commercial-finance partner.
Partner assessment
The finance partner assesses the requirement, considers appropriate structures and approaches suitable lenders. T2E Finance remains the originating point of contact as appropriate.
There is no obligation to proceed simply because an introduction has been made.
T2E Finance is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We introduce businesses to commercial-finance partners who may be able to assist with funding requirements. Finance is subject to status, lender criteria and individual circumstances.
